Day 2 – Kamakura & Meigetsuin Temple
After visiting the Engakuji Temple, I walked to the Meigetsuin Temple. This temple has one of most iconic photos in Japan. The temple was beautiful. It is not permitted to take a picture of the shrine itself but it was awe inspiring.

I took the train in the morning to Kita-Kamakura Station from Tokyo. Kamakura is a seaside city South of Tokyo that is home to impressive temples.
